Our Mission
Totally Kids® Specialty Healthcare is dedicated to helping children who are medically fragile, technology dependent, or developmentally disabled or delayed. We are committed to meeting their medical, developmental, social, psychological and spiritual needs through a blend of tenderness and expertise. We provide care through subacute skilled nursing facilities, an intermediate care facility and a unique, integrated pediatric day health and preschool program.
Specialized Care
We focus on total growth and development of each child. We help them laugh and play, even in the face of their medical challenges. We provide physical, occupational, and speech therapies. Our therapy department works hand in hand with our Child Development department and ABC/Hope for Kids School to help all of our children reach their highest potential. Some of our children are here for short term therapies and some are here for long-term care.
Our staff is specially educated and trained to care for children from newborn through age 21 with challenges due to complications of: Premature Birth, Congenital Birth Defects, Respiratory Diseases, Head Injuries, Seizure Disorders.
We serve children who are dependent on life-saving technology: TPN Therapy, Tracheostomy Tube Dependency, Ventilator Dependency, Gastrostomy Tube Dependency, Continuous Intravenous Therapy.
