Role Expectations:
- Works with Business leaders, BPM Center of excellence and IT teams to conceive, design and implement strategic BPM programs in support of business goals and strategies.
- Responsible for providing thought leadership and roadmap on multi-phased BPM program implementation, scope definition, process analysis and design, solution architecture and BPM methodology implementation leading to realization of business benefits.
- Lead BPM programs from end to end as single point of delivery ownership
- Key activities :
1. Analysis, design and documentation of business processes ( as-is and to-be)
2. Requirements documentation and sign off, lead technology prototyping
3. Define BPM program roadmap, phases and deliverables in line with business benefits
4. Define and maintains metrics for process efficiency , Cost - benefit analysis for the project and tracking of business benefits through the program lifecycle
5. Define and manage Project Plans, Tasks, Schedules, Scope, Timelines and Deliverables
6. Plan and implement change management and organization design as needed
7. Management of risks and issues for project
8. Provide updates and reports on project progress and resolution of issues to business stakeholders
9. Manage project budget, and resources as required
10. Plan and implement user enablement and application rollout across sites and user groups
- KRA's : On-time, on-budget and On-quality project delivery
Skills / Requirements
Extensive Project Management experience across the full life cycle
Experience managing applications implementation projects
Exposure to a variety of methodologies, including: Agile (Scrum) and Six Sigma is desired
PMP certification is a plus
5+ years in BPM space handling roles covering the responsibilities laid out above with demonstrated experience in delivering BPM programs involving at least one of the key BPM technologies such as Pegasystems, Lombardi, Savvion, Tibco or IBM.
5+ years experience operating in an architect or technical leadership role on large BPM programs.
3+ years experience in design and implementation of BPM solutions covering leadership role in technology solution , architecture and design in at least one PURE-PLAY BPM technology such as Pegasystems /Savvion/Lombardi/Tibco iprocess/etc.
Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
Healthcare Industry experience is a must
Bachelors or masters degree in engineering, computer science, statistics or similar discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
