Blog Post: Job Expo helps those with mistakes on their record
posted Friday, February 22, 2008 8:39 AM
I am very excited to be a part of the Job Expo on March 12. This expo is unique as it focuses on an untapped labor pool of eager, qualified and skilled people who are generally overlooked. For instance, those who have made mistakes in their past need and desire and opportunity to show their family and society that they have made corrections, paid their dues and are ready to work. Many of these individuals are certified in fork lifting and other trades, have college degrees and/or are willing to do any task to put food on the table. If you are an employer please join our job fair and review the applicants and their qualifications. If you are a job seeker come to this job fair. Your attendance will confirm to the employer that you are eager to work. Again the expo is on March 12 at the EDD Office located at 1151 Spruce Street Riverside and it starts at 9:00a.m. Hope to see you there. Note to employers if you are interested in coming to the job fair please contact me at 909 383 5782 and my name is Jodie Knez.
