We are currently recruiting a Graphic Designer and a Business and Process Analyst.

The Graphic Designer is the lead designer of all UWGLA publications and requires the ability to create original designs from the current UWGLA style guide and templates for both print and online mediums. This position also demands a heightened ability to produce in a fast-paced and quick turn-around environment. Some of the organizational publications in both print and electronic include: campaign materials, advertisements, newsletters, social reports, annual report, invitations, event programs, event signage, email blasts, etc. These design templates will be incorporated into different areas of the organization‥s marketing and communications initiatives and materials. The designer will also be responsible for designing various layouts and postings to UWGLA‥s website. This position will also work with outside vendors (designers, printers, media outlets) for the creation of promotional and advertising materials and will strive to maintain costs and expenses to the established budget.

The Business and Process Analyst will participate as key liaison between the UWGLA user community and I.T. Department, with the focus of improving organization wide business processes. Will create and monitor business process improvement policies, procedures and compliance, modify processes when needed to improve business process and gather and document business requirements to ensure line of business application customization, management reporting and adoption needs are met.
