Another way to boost your job search is to give your resume a makeover. A resume should provide more that your work history. Example: Performed a customer needs assessment for 1,500 employees and developed a plan that satisfied 90% of the client base.

Don't forget to include your cover letter with your resume. It's a "sneak peek" to your resume. A cover letter should be no more than one page.
