If you are frustrated in your career and ready for a change or have been thinking about a new direction but are unsure if you can pull it off, keep reading...
The clients I work with often get stalled in their careers because of fear and false assumptions. They fear getting out of their comfort zone into unfamiliar areas. They falsely assume that they can't afford to change career direction. Sometimes they overestimate the financial impact of making a career transition. They undervalue their career achievements. I'm in the business of helping people achieve their career goals. I believe in the importance of having a clear idea of your career direction and a realistic plan for achieving success and happiness. My whole approach is based on those key factors. Having personally undergone several career transitions I can relate. However, I know that taking a step back to evaluate my values, skills and interests, actively exploring career possibilities and creating a realistic career action plan really works. The process enabled me to get clear about what I wanted in my career, identify the possible paths I could take and to plan (mentally and financially) to take action. I've gone through the process several times with amazing results. On June 10th, I will be offering a teleclass, Fast Track Your Career: Three Steps for Finding Work You Love, to share my tips for how you can create a career map that reflects your skills, values, interests and desired lifestyle. Your career map will be a planning tool you can use to guide your career in a satisfying direction. My goal for the teleclass is for you to gain confidence in actively planning your career. I will outline the specific steps you can take to discover what's most important to you and to describe how you can chart your path by creating a career map. If you're frustrated in your career and ready for a change or have been thinking about a new direction but are unsure if you can pull it off, register today. All you have to do is click the registration link below and you will be taken to the registration form. Once I receive it, you will get the call in information.
