Rebecca has been with Jobing.com for nearly all of our existence, joining the team in 2000 as Marketing Manager. She brought more than five years experience in recruitment to Jobing.com and a passion for connecting the right people with job opportunities. Her primary responsibility was generating buzz within the local community and she quickly became a star performer for the company. Rebecca conceived and launched a unique community relations model to keep Jobing.com in touch with the communities we serve; that community relations model has successfully kept Jobing.com close with organizations and associations in all of our markets and has become a vital part of the overall Jobing.com business model. In addition to spearheading the community relations model, Rebecca was responsible for the development of major Jobing.com products that continue to propel the Jobing.com brand including the Jobing.com Career Expo, a job fair event that has grown to be the largest of its kind held in 15 cities across 6 states and expanding every year. As Jobing.com evolved, so did Rebecca's responsibilities; she was named as a vice president in 2005. Today, Rebecca's passion for connecting organizations with great people is the driving factor of her work. She was instrumental in the creation of the Jobing Foundation, an organization dedicated to helping job seekers prepare for and find employment through charitable giving, outreach programs, partnerships, and volunteer activities. The Jobing Foundation will provide support to non-profit and community organizations which seek to help people develop skills and find jobs, and manage all charitable contributions and volunteer activities for the organization. Rebecca received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA from the Ken Blanchard School of Business through Grand Canyon University in Phoenix. She attended the Kellogg Graduate School of Management for executive education, focusing coursework in Integrated Marketing. Rebecca is a member of the Goodwill of Central Arizona Executive Board. She is also an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management and serves on the Board of the Jobing Foundation. |
