Management: Brian Mohr

Brian Mohr was one of the first 10 employees at Jobing.com, joining the staff in April 2000. His background included several years in the financial services industry, including Associate Vice President of Operations at ContiMortgage and Branch Manager for Banc One. Within his first year at Jobing.com, Brian quickly demonstrated his solid management capabilities and was promoted to General Manager of the Phoenix office; under his leadership, the flagship operation saw an astounding growth. Brian was promoted again in October 2005 to Senior Vice President of Operations, his current position, which allowed Jobing.com to tap his management skills to help grow the entire organization. During his tenure as SVP, Jobing.com has expanded from six markets to the current 36.

Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree at Indiana University with a major in public financial management and a minor in economics. Among many other continuing education and advanced training, he completed the Advanced Executive Program at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Brian has served a variety of organizations dedicated to the HR community, including acting as a past Board Member of the Arizona Employers Advisory Council. He also served as a Board Member of the Maricopa Workforce Connection, Chaired their Marketing Committee. He is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Better Business Bureau of Central, Northern and Western Arizona.
