Being a small company also means that people have to "pay their dues" in many positions to help build our company. Not every person coming into our organization can expect to jump a rung on the "Jobing ladder" every couple of months - although many of our superstars do. Being small also means that we don’t have hundreds of high-level positions; however, the opportunities for people with passion is unlimited. Jobing University and Management Development Programs
JobingUniversity is made up of 4 Pillars of learning and development which rise up from the Jobing.com Mission and Values and provide the support to execute on our business plans and strategy.
Pillar 1 - New Hire Orientation New Hire Orientation is the foundational base for all other programs at Jobing.com and is required of every employee. This 90-hour program is comprised of case study, lecture, and hands on activities designed to provide each employee with a comprehensive overview of our organization and systems. The program delivery style is modeled after executive education programs, with an immersion feel into the topics or objectives at hand. The breadth of the program provides each new hire with the necessary tools to begin their career and get a strong understanding of our expectations and values. Pillar 2 - Sales and Business Development Programs The goal of these programs is to advance the depth of understanding our employees have in the specifics of our business, as well as in business in general. Course work is completed through self-pace programs, assigned readings, and facilitated courses which will be held both regionally and at the main JobingUniversity campus in Phoenix. Pillar 3 - Leadership Development Program Leadership is an expectation of every Jobing employee. Being a leader is about helping those around you to be successful so the entire team can win. It's about doing the right thing even when no one is looking. It is about living the Jobing Values and executing on our mission each and every day. The Leadership Development Program at JobingUniversity is comprised of more than 120 hours of dedicated classroom training which is both lecture based and experiential in nature. Pillar 4 - Management Development Program The goal of the program is to provide management development education and study in general management, which includes functional basics as well as in-depth knowledge of the Jobing function. Many refer to the Management Development Program as a mini-MBA program. The classes are made up of self-directed and online education, along with case studies and presentations to the Executive Team. In addition to structured learning, you’ll have daily access to a six-hundred plus title library of business books, audio and video tapes related to business, sales, marketing, customer service and much more! We’re a company that believes strongly in knowledge, education and professional learning. Every employee is reimbursed for professional books and magazines to encourage self-learning along the way.
Educational Assistance You'll find a very liberal educational reimbursement program designed to assist you in increasing your professional knowledge and business skills. The dollars from this program can be used to help you earn your degree or take specialized courses to further develop your skills.
