Job: Hands-on Inventory Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Inventory Manager for our parts distribution center.

This position plays a very important role in our organization. We are seeking a candidate who is hands-on, someone who can think outside of the box, implement process improvements and bring about positive change. We are seeking a working manager who has previous experience managing in a high volume distribution center or warehouse and who has facilitated a major move of inventory from one location to another. This position will supervise the inventory personnel who perform shipping, receiving, storing and inventorying of parts. This position is also responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordination for the movement of parts in and out of our warehouse.

Experience with computerized warehouse organization system or dealer management system.

Strong logistic and traffic management experience.

Expertise in working with expeditors and brokers.

Efficient scheduling of deliveries.

Warehouse management experience.

Shipping/receiving management experience.

Valid California driver license and insurance.

Experience in facilitating a major inventory move from one location to another.

Ability to learn quickly.
