Opening remarks will be provided by County Supervisor Brad Mitzelfelt. Additionally, Dr. Maxwell Ohikhuare, Public Health Officer for San Bernardino County, will provide an overview of the County's Healthy Communities program including updates on multiple healthy city projects in Fontana, Redlands, Ontario and Chino.

Finally, Dr. Robert Ogilvie will present on the creative use of Joint Use Agreements including Q&A on their use in the High Desert. Dr. Ogilvie directs Planning for Healthy Places at Public Health Law and Policy. Over the past 15 years he has worked extensively in community development and planning to help improve low - and middle - income neighborhoods. Prior to joining PHLP, he served as a faculty member in the Department of City and Regional Planning at the University of California at Berkeley, and as Director of Volunteers at the Partnership for the Homeless in New York City.
